Shipping and delivery
We manage all orders within 24 hours
Please be aware that each artist is in charge of their own shipping. This means that the delivery time and shipment costs will differ depending on the sender’s physical location. We do though use the standard postal services in our countries.
Free shipping for orders above the amount of 150€ / NOK1500.
For works of large size, different delivery methods and costs might apply. If applicable, this will be specified in the product information.
In some cases, we also offer pick up at the artist’s studio.
Our cancellation and return policy
12 hours cancellation policy
In the online world, it can happen that we click and regret. Don’t worry, we’ve all been there! However, as we ship all orders within 48 hours, send an email to email@example.com within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order. If you wait longer, we cannot guarantee that the shipment hasn't already occurred
10 days return policy
If you regret your purchase and miss our 12 hours cancellation policy, you are free to return the package to the sender within 10 days. The total amount of the order will be refunded, but you will be charged for all the shipment costs, both ways. Returns after 10 days will not be refunded
Broken and wrong orders
If an order arrives damaged or it contains the wrong product, the following occurs:
1) Damaged art print: A new shipment will be sent to you as soon as we are made aware. All the shipment costs are covered by us
2) Damaged original: Originals are unfortunately not possible to replace. In this case, we either offer a complete refund, order and shipment costs included, OR you get to pick a new artwork of your choice and have it shipped to you for free
3) Wrong product: In case you receive a wrong product, we will send you the right item right away, all shipment costs covered. We even let you keep the wrong item received.
